Mild pain in tooth

I have this weird mild type of tingling in lower tooth which occured overnight and sometimes radiate throughout the lower jaw.
It gets better after taking a pain killers.
I once tried opening a bottle with my tooth and I also have sinusitis and I am really very confused because I can't point out the cause it may be because of either of the two.
That weird goes on its own and the pain is hardly noticeable even while chewing.
Please tell me the reason.
Thank you

Hi I don't know what it is. You have mentioned a couple possible causes or it could be unrelated. Pain can be very hard to localize sometimes. I would suggest you getting it check out by a dentist before the weekend especially if you need to take pain medication constantly.

Thanks for writing,
